The goal is to give a clear understanding of how to apply these operators in real-world sourcing scenarios.

The database is structured in a simple and user-friendly way:

• Search Operator: The name of the operator used to refine your searches.
• Description: A brief explanation of what the operator does.
• Example: Queries illustrating the use of the operator in context.
• Data Origin: The classification between Self-Entered (entered by the user) and System-Calculated (calculated by LinkedIn’s algorithm).
• Boolean_Internal: Examples of internal Boolean operators to enhance your searches.
• Boolean_External: Examples of external Boolean operators that can be combined with the main operator.
• Classification: A classification relevant to the type of operator.
• Source: The source of the information, whether from LinkedIn documentation or independent research.

Accessibility of Search Operators (SO)

Search Operators (SO) are only available on the following licenses:

• LinkedIn Lite
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• LinkedIn Pro

⚠️ Not available on :

• Sales Navigator
• X-ray searches (Need inanchor: and around(X) to work)

Using Search/Secrets Operators in the "Job Title" Field

All Search Operators can be activated within the "Job Title" field on LinkedIn (Lite/Recruiter/Corpo).

1. Go to your LinkedIn license (Lite, Recruiter, or Corpo).

2. Select a project (existing or create a new one).

3. Access the "Job Title" field in the search interface.

   

4. That's it ! You can now use your Search Operators to refine your searches right here.
